Description

It would be very nice to have a centralized and coherent configuration management system.
-shared by each and every daemons
-outside the code

Configuration files are already outside the code (sinn.cfg, zinn.cfg)

Configuration files are splitted because zinn and sinn are two different projects wich runs on different hosts (or just one).

For example, hostmgrd, netmgrd, stormgrd, sitemgrd, sitedhcpd use the same config file sinn.cfg

If I'm not mistaken some hard-coded confs still remain in your code:
- sites list in SiSH
- connexion ports in SiSH, SiteMonitord and SiteMgrd
